For commercial trades

Commercial work from companies fitting out new premises.

We find the companies fitting out or moving in, and the main contractors who have just won public work, write in your name to the person who decides, and pass you the ones who ask for a price.

When a company needs your trade

Commercial work starts with a change: a fit-out, a move, a tender. We find it while it is news, and keep the date and the place we read it.

  • A fit-out

A company fitting out offices, a shop or a unit needs power, lighting, data, heating and cooling, often to a fixed opening date.

  • New premises

A company taking on a building needs it tested, put right and kept running, before and after it moves in.

  • Work out to tender

Rewires, heating, lighting and repairs for schools, councils and other public bodies, each with its closing date.

  • A contractor that has just won

A main contractor that has just won a public job needs electrical and mechanical firms to deliver it.

The same outreach with a smaller fee a month and a set fee for each qualified enquiry, so most of what you pay follows results.

What we count

A qualified enquiry is an owner, a director or someone in facilities, estates or procurement at a company we reached first, asking you in writing for a price for a job or regular work, a trial, a call at a set time, or to set you up as a supplier.

It is what your weekly report counts, and what the Performance Partnership bills at £245 each, six at most in a month. What counts, in full

“We move into the new unit in the spring. Could you price the lighting and power for the offices?”

Questions

Anything else, ask us in the form below. A person answers.

We only want commercial work. Is that what this is?

Yes. We only write to limited companies, LLPs, plcs and public bodies, never homeowners, sole traders or partnerships. And a one-off job under £250 with no mention of regular work is never counted.

Do you find work through main contractors too?

Yes. We read the award notices on Contracts Finder and Find a Tender for the contractors that have just won public work, and write to the commercial or procurement manager who buys in the trades. Pricing the job is yours.

Can we get onto a company's list of contractors?

Yes, and that counts. A company asking in writing to set you up as a supplier, or for a price for regular work such as planned maintenance, is a qualified enquiry.

Tell us the commercial work you want more of.

We'll tell you which way of working fits, what it costs, and how soon the first emails could go out.

  1. A person writes back by the next weekday morning, UK time.
  2. A short call about your work, your area and how much you can take on.
  3. If it fits, a secure payment link or an invoice, and we start.

Rather talk first? Ring 0113 490 0521, weekdays 9am to 5pm UK time. At any other time, book a call and we ring you back.
