The terms of the service

What Bondstone sells, what we promise, what we do not, and what is yours to do.

Written on , changed on . They will be reviewed by counsel, and any change will be dated here.

Who you are dealing with

Bondstone is operated by Bondstone Global, ABN 46 950 504 862, of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, whose UK address is Hollywell House, Hollywell Lane, Leeds LS12 3HP. Write to sales@bondstone.app.

What we sell

Our Data Packs are for owner-led IT support firms and MSPs in the United Kingdom, with prices in pounds sterling. Our Cyber Security services have their own section below.

  • A snapshot of your patch, free: the businesses around your office, counted, with no names.
  • An Evidence Pack, £625, one-off: the businesses near your office, ranked, each with the finding, the fix, the record it was read from and the date, with a call sheet and first emails you send from your own mailbox, delivered within 72 hours of payment.

A monthly programme is coming, and it is not for sale yet. Domain Watch and Partner Workspace are lists you can join, not things we sell yet.

What we promise, and its limits

If fewer than 100 businesses in your pack pass our checks, we refund the pack in full. If any finding in a pack fails when it is read again, we replace it with two that pass. That is the whole of the promise, because it is what we control. We do not promise that anybody will reply, take your call or buy from you: that depends on you and on the businesses you contact.

The businesses in your pack, and other firms

A business in your pack goes to no other firm for 30 days after your pack is made. The same issue at a business never goes to two firms within 90 days. A business may appear in another firm's Pack after 30 days for a different issue. We never sell areas: another firm near you can buy a pack too.

What is yours to do

You decide whom to contact and how. You send from your own mailbox and ring from your own phone, and you follow the rules that apply to you, including PECR, the Telephone Preference Service registers and every request to be left alone. A pack is for your firm's own use: do not resell it or publish the names in it.

What we never do

In making a snapshot or a pack we never scan or probe a system, log in anywhere, name a business on a public page or write to a sole trader. Nothing we hand you is a statement that a message may be sent: whether and how to send is your decision.

Cyber Security services

Our Cyber Security department sells to businesses and organisations in the United Kingdom and Australia. The page you pay from says which service you are buying and what it costs, in pounds sterling or Australian dollars, and by paying you agree to these terms.

The work starts when we have what it needs: access to the website or records concerned, given by someone entitled to give it. We use that access only for the job you paid for. An Emergency Clean-Up takes up to 48 hours from then. If a site can't be made safe, we say so plainly and quote a Secure Rebuild, and what you paid for the clean-up comes off it.

A monthly service runs month to month and you can cancel any time. What each service promises is on our promises page, and that is the whole of the promise.

Paying

A Cyber Security service is paid for by card on Stripe's secure page, and you give us the details the work needs straight after. A pack is paid for on the order page, in pounds sterling. You check your details, accept with one tick the Services Agreement and the Data Processing Agreement, which say what you are buying, and pay by card on Stripe's secure page. Nothing is charged before you accept them. If card payment cannot start on the page, your acceptance is kept and the invoice comes to you by email, through Stripe.

The snapshot

It is given as it is: what the public records said on the day they were read, which is shown on it. Records change, and a finding can be fixed the day after it was read.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits anything the law does not allow to be limited. Beyond that, what we are liable for in connection with a pack or a Cyber Security service is limited to what you paid us for it.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.
