How paying works
Supplier Check
Free first, then by card
The free check needs no card and no account. A monthly plan is paid by card from your results page, and you can cancel any time. The public sector plan is set up by email and paid once a year.
The Evidence Pack
Ordered and paid online
Order on the order page and pay there by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The Pack's with you within 72 hours of paying.

We agree the work first
Tell us what you need. We agree the work and its price with you, then send a secure Stripe link to pay, or an invoice.

The term is on every page
AI Secure Care is month to month: cancel any time. Outreach, the Performance Partnership, the Full Package and Website Care run three months at least, then 30 days' notice.
Questions about money
Why is the Pack one-off, not a subscription?
Because the pack is a thing you can hold, and you can stop after it. A monthly programme is coming, and it is not for sale yet.
Why pounds?
The firms we work for are in the UK, so every price is in pounds sterling. A card payment is taken by Stripe, never by us.
What if fewer than 100 businesses pass the checks?
A full refund, and we tell you before delivery, not after. If your area looks too thin to reach 100, we say so before you pay: your own order page counts the businesses near your office first, and takes no payment for an area that cannot fill a pack. To look sooner, count your area, free. Refunds, in full.
Is there a per-seat price?
No. When the software is offered it is priced per workspace with unlimited seats, and only to firms we have already delivered a pack for.
How do I pay for a Pack?
Check your details on your order page, accept the Services Agreement and the Data Processing Agreement with one tick, and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on Stripe's secure page, or by invoice if you ask. Within 72 hours of payment. Rather talk first? Book a call and we go through it with you before you pay.
Can two firms buy the same city?
Yes. We never sell areas. A business in your pack goes to no other firm for 30 days after your pack is made, so two firms are never handed the same business inside those 30 days.
What happens after the pack?
We ring on days 10, 21 and 60 after delivery to see what came back, and that is all: no retainer and nothing to cancel.
