For organisations

Every supplier you pay, read every week.

We read your published payments, match each supplier to its company record and website, and tell you who can be faked, who is hacked and whose address has lapsed, ranked by what you pay them, the day anything changes.

Invoiced. Not paid by card.

Councils can take two years at the public body price, invoiced yearly.

The monthly plans are for businesses that pay by card. Public bodies and regulated firms buy Supplier Watch on invoice, with a named contact, lists ranked from their own payments, and we tell flagged suppliers how to fix it.

Where it sits in your file

It sits under Principle A4, Supply chain, of the Cyber Assessment Framework, and A4.a of the Data Security and Protection Toolkit for health bodies. Supplier Watch gives you the dated evidence for that part of the file.

What it does not do

  • It reads public records, not the supplier's systems.
  • It does not collect what suppliers say about themselves. A questionnaire tool does that, and the two sit side by side.
  • It does not stop a payment. It tells you before you make one.

Questions

Do you contact our suppliers?

Only with your OK. We read what anyone can see, and a supplier hears from us only when you ask us to tell it what we found and how to fix it.

How do you match a supplier to a website?

From the email address or website on your list first. For a name alone, from Companies House and public map listings, and only when they agree on one address: we never guess an address from a name. A supplier found that way is marked as matched by name, with the address beside it, so you can check it is the right business.

What do we send you?

Your published spending file. A firm that does not publish one sends a list from its accounts system.

How do we buy?

On an invoice, paid yearly, with your order number on the quote. For a council, a force or a combined authority, a quote at the public body price sits under the £30,000 notice line.

Can we try it first?

Yes. Supplier Check reads up to 500 suppliers free.
