Refunds
Refunds, and what we promise
The promise is only what we control. Here it is as the Services Agreement you accept before you pay says it, and then how we handle it.
The promise, in the agreement's words
If fewer than 100 businesses in a pack pass Bondstone’s checks, Bondstone refunds that pack in full. If any finding in a pack fails when it is read again, Bondstone replaces it with two that pass. That is the whole of the promise, because it is what Bondstone controls. Bondstone does not promise that anybody will reply, agree to meet, take the Client’s call or buy from the Client: that depends on the Client and on the businesses it contacts.
How we handle it
If fewer than 100 businesses in your pack pass the checks, we tell you before delivery, not after, and refund the pack in full. If your area looks too thin to reach 100, we say so before you pay: your own order page counts the businesses near your office first, and takes no payment for an area that cannot fill a pack. To look sooner, count your area, free.
To ask for a refund or a replacement, write to sales@bondstone.app with the pack's name and what failed. You pay by card on Stripe's page, and a refund goes back the same way: to the card that paid, or to the account a transfer came from.
The terms say the same. Where this page and the Services Agreement differ, the agreement is the one that binds us both.
